Charge Yoga provides a safe, fun environment for students to explore and express their imagination and emotions. Our programs are designed to meet specific student, class and/or school needs and may incorporate music, storytelling, drawing or other natural types of child’s play, in addition to various movements and breathwork exercises.

Each session offers opportunity to practice patience, listening and concentration as well as good posture, with the primary objective of teaching children how to care for themselves and build confidence that will last a lifetime. Instructing children in healthy habits is our duty as adults and the ultimate demonstration of love.
